Driver app
Pickups and deliveries grouped into routes that make sense, with a record of every handover.
01
An order lands on a driver's day.
A scheduled pickup appears on the assigned driver's route for that slot, with the customer, the address and what is being collected.
He does not ring the shop to find out what is next, and nobody reads him an address over the phone.
02
He scans it at the door.
The bag is scanned on the doorstep. That scan is the moment the order becomes the laundry's responsibility, and it is recorded as such.
The timestamp, the photo and the signature attach to the order itself, not to a WhatsApp thread that nobody can find in a month.
03
The status travels with him.
The instant he confirms the stop, the customer's app and the office dashboard both move.
A customer who wants to know where the order is looks at their phone. A manager who wants to know where the route stands looks at the dashboard. Neither of them rings the driver.
04
He hands it back, and the money with it.
At delivery the same proof is captured again, against the same order.
Cash on delivery is recorded at the door, before he leaves it, so the amount collected and the order it belongs to never have to be matched up afterwards.
05
The day closes on the dashboard.
Shift start and end, the stops made, the ones that moved to another driver, and the cash collected.
The office sees the day as it happened rather than as it is remembered at six o'clock.
How it connects.
Routes are built in the Admin Control Panel. Status flows live into the Customer app, and what is collected carries on into the Laundry Management App.
