Walk-in trade at the counter. A till that speaks laundry, not general retail.

A customer walks in with a bag.
The phone number finds them, and their record arrives with it: history, addresses, the preferences they set last time.
A regular does not spell their name at the counter every visit.

The ticket is built in front of them.
Services come off your own catalogue at your own prices, per item or per bag, shoes and mixed orders on the same ticket.
The customer watches the total assemble instead of waiting for it to be announced.

They pay, or they pay later.
Cash, card or Benefit at the till, with the method recorded on the order.
Or the order goes out unpaid and is settled on collection, and the amount outstanding is tracked rather than remembered.

The receipt prints and the order joins the queue.
A customer copy and a store copy, and a reprint from the record when one goes missing.
From that moment the walk-in is on the platform: priced from your catalogue, numbered per branch, and counted in the day's sales.

The drawer is counted at the end of the shift.
Every sale rung through the till is in the branch's own register, ready to check the cash against.
The day exports for whoever does your books.
On the same platform as everything else.
A till order is priced and numbered from the settings you keep in the Admin Control Panel, and its sales land in the same daily report.
